Smarter, Stronger sixth Saturday with our Sweetie!!

On our 6th Saturday since we've met the lovely Leeza Grace,
It's obvious that she is way way more than just a pretty face

She sure seems like she is one smart lil cookie
Especially since with the english language she's just a 6 week rookie

She knows how to clap and she can point to her nose
And she could be a supermodel when she strikes her "Leeza" pose

She stacked ALL her rings on with her stacking toy today
It can be kinda frustrating, but too her? ....mere child play!

She went to crawl today to go grab her favorite toy
and she CRAWLED on her hands AND her knees this time..it brought Mommy tons of joy!

She's getting stronger by the minute, it must be those squats she does
She was on her knees and went to standing -it was so cool-it really was!

Everyday she amazes us, she's cute and smart and sweet
We all feel so very blessed each day cuz seeing Leeza is a treat

Even when she pitches a fit and throws that blond head back
We're getting better at predicting her moods so her head she doesn't smack

She plays Peek a boo and it's really cute, she always makes us smile
She makes our each and everyday so blessed and worthwhile!

It's so exciting to see how much Leeza has grown and developed since you've met (congrats on the crawling!) She's such a cutie! Obviously, you all were meant to be one family and I'm so glad things are going so well for you.

Happy sixth Saturday!

Gosh, the little bonnet is adorable! Are those all handmade? What a beautiful way to top off a beautiful baby!! Pretty soon she'll be wearing pigtails in her gorgeous blond hair of hers!! Poor Joey, referring to himself as a pack mule, well, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do! (or...what the wife tells the man to do)!! I'm bummed, the Disney Store at Tyrone Mall is closed. We're planning a Bunnytown 1st birthday for Brookie and was wanting to shop for some Bunnies at the Disney Store. We're gonna try Countryside Mall tonite. Maybe online if all else fails...The kids and I just want to go into the store and pick stuff out ourselves!! Maybe we could voyage over to Downtown Disney...Are you renewing your annual pass for Disney? When you guys come home, the weather will be getting perfect to spend those outdoor days wandering through the parks. I'd like to get a pass, it's been about 6 years since we've been into the parks. Geese, for a
Floridian to say that is insane huh? This summer we met Paul and Jen over at Sea World, my mom, Brooke and I spent a couple of hours in the Penguin Encounter on a nice bench! It was about 60 or so degrees in there compared to the swealtering +95 degrees outside...Brooke liked watching the Penguins, well we all did but that crazy heat is something I'll choose not to do again! Theme parking with strollers is such a different experience than being solo..what fun though!! Miss you guys! See you soon!

Hey Susan--
Adorable pictures today of the world's cutest (and most photographed!!) baby girl. Love the white hat. I spent Thursday with your Grandma and sat her down in front of your blog for an hour. Now she's all up to date and thinks Leeza and Sean make a great brother/sister duo. She cannot email out but she can receive and loves getting mail.

Have a fun time when Joe gets back.
Love, Jane

That smile is so beautiful!!!

I enjoyed your comment on the blog today. I am feeling your waiting pain...

Hope Joe made it!! it will be nice to have your family together again.

Don't worry it's really hot here in Tampa so you are not missing anything. I applied sunscreen twice to the boys and they still got burned.

Enjoyed having Joe home even though he was very busy. Will be so glad to have you all home and back to a normal life together.
Leeza gets prettier every day. I'm sure you will be entering her in beauty contests. lol

can't wait to see Sean this Saturday. I know he is sad leaving there.
Ilost my comment somewhere. Maybe it will show up somewhere. lol

What GREAT looks today -- she is playing to the camera now! And practicing to charm Daddy within one nanosecond of his arrival.
Cute poem, too.

She is precious! I love the picture of her in the bonnet. I wish I had your writing skills! Maybe your little girl will be a poet also. I'm so glad Leeza is crawling, she seems to be developing at record speed, but what did I expect with you as her mama! What a blessed family.xoxo

These poems are SO much better than those poems and raps you had to send to get any info out of your case manager! Don't those days feel like forever ago?
Another lovely post with beautiful pictures. I imagine Joe must be back by now!
XOXO

You are way too creative, woman! I LOVE the poems. And the songs. And all the pictures. And all the updates! What fun you are having with your son and your adorable little Leeza. She is getting cuter by the day!!

I'm hoping Joe has arrived by now with all the "supplies" you had on order.

Also want to say a HUGE thank you for all your support and the wonderful comments on my blog! I've been checking yours daily for my Leeza fix, but am having trouble leaving comments on several blogs. Arrggh!
