I received an email from my case manager tonight that said my dossier has been TRANSLATED!

That is a splendid thing to hear on a Friday. :)

Holy cow! That was fast. Congratulations. You will be there before you know it. Start gathering those winter clothes for the tundra.

Susan -- We are so excited for you -- that was a fast translation! Your marathon news is making us feel a bit sluggish -- hmmm, maybe this would be a good time to start working out more! :-) The baby's room sounds beatiful. I'll be looking forward to seeing photos.

As you know, we're just a bit behind your time line and it is so great to get tips from you. Thanks for letting us follow along!

Oh, and tell Sean we are THRILLED with his choice of bedroom decor! Go Bengals!

Hi! Here's the link to Oopsy Daisy art (where I got that map of the world with Kaz on it)- they make artwork for kids' rooms (they can be wiped off with a damp cloth). LOTS of very cool designs:

The only bummer is that they don't sell directly off their website - you have to find a retailer. Plus, because they're hand-printed, they're a bit expensive, but we thought it was worth it.

Yeah, I figured out how to leave a comment!

I sent my home study in 9/11 (okay, weird date to pick to send something to "Homeland Security" but I didn't realize....) so I'll go by your timetable and plan on mid Oct. Would be so cool if we were headed over around the same time. But I'm a day late and a dollar short.
